Happy Halloween

When asked to reflect on the most memorable experiences of their college career, many alumni surely recall (or pretend to remember) crazy Halloween celebrations. Each year, every house seems to have a party, all of which are empty by midnight as a costumed crowd tens of thousands strong congregates on State Street.

This year thousands of alumni will have an opportunity to relive this cherished carnival. October 31 falls on a Wednesday, but it just wouldn’t be right to get crazy after the fact. So we encourage students and alumni alike to spend this homecoming night, Saturday, Oct. 27, in garish garb as we celebrate the quintessential Madison holiday.
