Caricature is the practice of exaggerating the facial features a person has. If you take a look at Condaleeza Rice EVERY cartoonist exaggerates her front teeth because they’re big. If Cynthia McKinney was in a cartoon, and she had buck teeth, she’d be drawn with buck teeth.
