I am back for one more (and dare I say final?) go-around as chair of the Badger Herald Editorial Board. I previously served as the editor of the news and opinion sections at the Herald, in addition to serving as ed board chair for some time. It is safe to say that I fall to the right of my colleagues on the board. To find out exactly where I fall on the political spectrum, you’ll have to read my columns, but for the record, I do not endorse drilling in Lake Mendota. I look forward to an exciting semester that will feature a thrilling presidential race, boring local races (Peter Theron, sorry, victory just isn’t in the cards) and the UW debut of Biddy Martin. You have my guarantee now: I’ll write about all of this. Except Peter Theron.
